CDAP Digital Advisory Program Requirements for small to mid-sized businesses
There are a few simple requirements for businesses seeking to apply for the grant:
Be incorporated federally or provincially, or be a Canadian resident Sole Proprietor.
Be a for-profit, privately owned business.
Have between 1 - 499 current employees.
Have at least $500,000 of annual revenues in one of the previous three tax years.

2. We work with you to build the plan
Next, work with Wingman to assess your current situation, compile your goals, and create your customized Digital Adoption Plan. We walk you through the entire process from beginning to submission.
3. The CDAP digital advisory grant is used to compensate us for the unique and customized development of your digital plan
Then, you submit the plan and all invoices to ISED for approval and receive up to $15,000 to cover all associated advisory fees.
4. Get funded!
With your plan approved and grant reimbursed, use the same CDAP portal to access:
- your 0% interest 5-year loan of up to $100,000 through BDC; and
- your $7,300 wage subsidy
You have your ideas, your DAP plan and now will have access to funds and staffing to get it done in the fun stage of implementation!
5. Implement your digital adoption plan
Work with Wingman to implement your unique plan.
Whether your plan includes recommendations for:
